Together, we can help you understand your experiences, move on from past hurts, gain confidence and help you like yourself more.

I hope my website has given you a sense of who I am and what I can offer - a genuinely caring, down-to-earth counsellor with an emphasis on safety. connection and healing.

But what do I say when I get in touch?

Reaching out to a counsellor can be nerve-wracking, and before we've even met, my goal is to put you at ease. In your first email,  you might have questions you want to ask, or you may feel ready to book in. In our first session, we can talk things through generally, before you decide if you want to book further sessions.

The quality of your connection with your counsellor is vital to your therapeutic journey, so I always encourage potential clients to have initial sessions with more than one counsellor, and choose the one you click with best. Being able to shop about for a counsellor in this way is one of the benefits of going private: you get to choose.
